Agricultural technology innovation originates from the injection of scientific research and development resources, knowledge accumulation and talent management. However, when institutions or researchers successfully complete the initial stage of technological innovation, they usually focus on the dissemination and performance of explicit knowledge (mainly academic literature publication), while ignoring tacit knowledge (mainly human brain) of knowledge succession and learning. It is prone to the problem of systemic inadequacy of knowledge in the agricultural field, and (it) also implies the crisis of talent gap. If we want to take into account the completeness of agricultural knowledge and the knowledge transformation, the key point is to plan and establish a human-oriented full-resource integrated knowledge service model. This project take example of post-harvest processing of agricultural products, bottom-up its planning to multi-resource the knowledge of experts in the field is retained in all aspects (multi-resource Knowledge, which means from explicit to implicit, from R&D to product) , so that it can continue the momentum of innovation in research and development results, promote the effectiveness of expert experience inheritance, and expand the channels for scientific community sharing. It should be helpful for the future flow of agricultural industry knowledge and professional social networks linking multiple roles.
