Mental health issues are a growing concern for college and university students. Recent studies suggest an increase and severity of mental problems and help-seeking behaviors in university students around the world in the last decade. During this period, individuals will face new challenges and pressures, such as learning, work, family and health problems, and gradually becoming independent. Studies have shown that green space plays an important role in the health of the life course. Increasing the use of green space and living in green space are related to physical and mental health. However, few studies on the impact of green space and health on emerging adults (18-29 years old) and campus green space to soothe emotions. This study aims to give people a deeper understanding of what kind of green space can be used as a healthy environment. Research used wearable devices to measure the physical and psychological data of participants. Participants were required to wear devices to record daily walking trajectories, photos taken and measure physical and mental health data. Preliminary results show that the campus green environment is related to health. Campus green space is the therapeutic potential of daily resources for students. Knowing where they are most effective can help planning and design work.
